  As a family of four travelling, space was critical for us. The family room we had was fantastic. The kids had their space upstairs while we were downstairs. In addition there was lots of space for four large suitcases. Laundry facilities were good and staff were very helpful when we had a problem. Breakfast buffet was good. Dinner questions are lit was fantastic. There was no need to head out of the hotel at the end of the day because the variety of meals and quality was great .... with great service.

  I have stayed at this location on two occasions in the 2 bedroom suite. It is very comfy with beautiful mountain views and a spacious deck. Kitchen is fully stocked. Open fire place is really nice. It's very cozy and the beds are comfy. Only downside is no air conditioning but that's a minor thing. The breakfast buffet was also delicious and had loads of choice.

  Large feeling property. Breakfast not included. Expensive breakfast option in buffet format. Around 16$ US. Indoor pool area is nice with towels provided poolside. Loft rooms are different than typical hotel. My kids loved the idea and said this was their favorite place. It is nice to have separate space. Didn't use kitchenette but had everything one would need. Hotel is a further option from shops and dining in downtown Jasper than other hotel options. Overall pleasant experience.

  Staff was very good. Check in and check out very quick and easy. Rooms were clean but could use some updating. Enjoyed the pool/hot tub and restaurant. Overall very good experience

  We spent a couple of nights at the hotel. The staff was friendly and the facility was clean. The room we had was a one bedroom loft with a kitchenette. This was large enough for a family.
  
  The hotel was in great location, close to downtown and some of the key attractions in the area. Parking was easy with a good number of spots. Breakfast was not included with the rate. Overall, a good place to stay in Jasper.
